Garlic Butter Salmon and Green Beans

“Crispy-skinned salmon and perfectly tender green beans cooked together in rich garlic butter.”

1Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
3 tbsp butter, divided
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon (half juiced, half sliced)
Salt and black pepper

2Instructions

1

Season salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.

2

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and cook 4–5 minutes until they begin to blister and soften. Push beans to the edges.

3

Place salmon fillets in the center of the skillet, skin-side down. Cook 4–5 minutes until skin is crispy.

4

Carefully flip the salmon. Add remaining 2 tbsp butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the pan.

5

Cook another 3–4 minutes, using a spoon to baste salmon and green beans with the melting garlic butter, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

6

Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.

Pro Tip

If your green beans are very thick, add a splash of water to the pan and cover it for a minute before adding the salmon to help them steam and soften.
