
“Crispy-skinned salmon and perfectly tender green beans cooked together in rich garlic butter.”
Season salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and cook 4–5 minutes until they begin to blister and soften. Push beans to the edges.
Place salmon fillets in the center of the skillet, skin-side down. Cook 4–5 minutes until skin is crispy.
Carefully flip the salmon. Add remaining 2 tbsp butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the pan.
Cook another 3–4 minutes, using a spoon to baste salmon and green beans with the melting garlic butter, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
If your green beans are very thick, add a splash of water to the pan and cover it for a minute before adding the salmon to help them steam and soften.
